Set within the iconic Katara Towers, the Raffles side of the project centred on crafting six ultra-luxury F&B identities, each designed in collaboration with Michelin level world-renowned chefs and brought to life through exceptional materials and production craft.
From a soul-filled acoustic lounge and a Cuban-inspired cigar club to a forest-inspired Italian restaurant with Michelin-starred chef Enrico Crippa, six F&B brands were created to be immersive, contemporary, and unmistakably unique. Each one translated its narrative into meticulously considered details.

The work spanned naming, storytelling, visual identity, illustration, photography concepts, and spatial integration, building a collection of restaurant experiences that feel both world-class and deeply contextual.
As Lead Design Director, I oversaw the creative direction of all twelve brands, involved in narrative development and guiding visual identity and expression. With the hotel under national attention ahead of the Qatar World Cup 2022, the work required close coordination with chefs, architects, contractors, and senior stakeholders to deliver world-class brands on accelerated timelines.
