Located within the iconic Katara Towers, this flagship project for the Accor Group was an ambitious 18-month collaboration focused on crafting original brand identities and narratives for a new wave of luxury dining concepts.

From a moonlit shisha garden and a Mediterranean beach club to an avant-garde Asian restaurant, a pastel-toned afternoon tea lounge, and more, a total of 5 F&B brands were designed to feel immersive, contemporary, and unmistakably unique. 

The work spanned naming, storytelling, visual identity, illustration, photography concepts, and spatial integration, building a collection of restaurant experiences that feel both world-class and deeply contextual.

As Lead Design Director, I oversaw the creative development of each brand. collaborating with a Parisian luxury print house to craft bespoke design systems and tactile expressions that elevated every touchpoint. Together, these brands position the Fairmont Doha not just as a hotel, but as a cultural and culinary destination in its own right.
